LegUp Elderly Care – Subscription Policy

We offer experienced, background-verified caregivers for elderly care through a monthly subscription model. Our goal is to ensure dependable, empathetic, and high-quality care for your loved ones.

🛡️ Subscription Plan

• ₹8,999 + GST for 1 month of caregiver support

• This includes platform and service charges only

• The caregiver’s salary is to be paid separately and directly to the caregiver by the customer

📝 Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Booking fee is to be paid once a caregiver is confirmed

• If the caregiver doesn’t join on Day 1, the customer is eligible for a full refund or can request a new caregiver

• If the customer cancels after the caregiver has joined:

  • No refund will be provided after the full plan duration is completed

  • If cancelled before the end of the plan duration, the platform fee (₹8,999) will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
    (e.g., if cancelled on Day 10, refund = 20/30 × ₹8,999)

🔄 Replacements & Service Guarantee

• Unlimited replacements can be requested during the plan duration

• If we are unable to provide a replacement within 3 days, a pro-rata refund of the platform fee will be processed

• If a caregiver exits mid-plan, the salary for the days worked must be paid to LegUp

💰 Salary Guidelines

• Caregiver salary is to be paid directly to the caregiver on the 1st of every month

• If 30 days aren’t completed by the 1st, a pro-rata salary must be paid (calculated based on a 30-day month)

📈 Plan Upgrade

• Customers can upgrade to a longer plan at any time by paying the difference in plan fees + platform fee
