At LegUp, we prioritize the safety and trust of our customers by ensuring that all our caregivers undergo comprehensive background checks. We have partnered with IDfy to provide the following verification services:

1. Court Record Check: We verify any criminal records of the caregiver, taking 3-4 business days.
2. Background Verification by Law Firm: A thorough background check conducted by a trusted law firm, taking 7-8 business days.
3. Police Clearance Certificate: We obtain a police clearance certificate to ensure the caregiver’s reliability, which may take 60-90 business days.
4. Aadhar Authenticity Check: Verification of the caregiver's identity through Aadhar.

These checks are conducted to ensure that you can trust the caregivers we provide for your loved ones, giving you peace of mind with every service we offer.
