How and until when can I modify/cancel my appointment?

You can modify or cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time by reaching out to our customer helpline, website/app chat, or email. Please note, any changes made to your appointment time may affect the availability of our caregivers. After successful confirmation, any changes to your appointment will be accommodated without any additional charges.

Can I cancel my existing appointment?

Yes, you can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before the agreed scheduled time without incurring any charges. However, if you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation charge of 15% of the booking amount will apply.

Can I request a change in caregiver or service details upon arrival?

While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our caregivers and services, if you're not satisfied with the assigned caregiver or have any concerns about the service provided, please inform us upon arrival. We will do our best to address your concerns and accommodate any necessary changes without additional charges.

Can I close my subscription or service plan before the agreed tenure?

Yes, you can. If you wish to terminate your subscription or service plan before the agreed tenure, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. There are no early termination charges for our care services.

How do I receive a refund for any prepaid services?

If you have prepaid for any services and wish to cancel, a refund will be initiated within 7-9 working days to the original mode of payment. Please ensure that the payment details provided are accurate. If you require the refund to be credited to a different account, kindly contact our customer support for assistance.

What if I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to support you. If you need to cancel your appointment due to emergencies or unexpected events, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule or accommodate your needs.

Can I cancel after the scheduled time?

For services scheduled for less than or equal to 24 hours, cancellations after the scheduled time will not be accepted. For services scheduled for more than 24 hours, a cancellation charge of 20% of the booking amount will apply if canceled after the scheduled time
